EN71 - Toy Safety Legislation Changes

There will be new limits and additional restrictions on various heavy metals (plus Organic Tin and Chromium VI) as of July 2013. These requirements are part of the new EN71-3 Toy Safety Directive and will pose significant changes for many suppliers of toys to all European Markets.

Intertek and other of our partner testing laboratories have developed an EN71-3 screen test that takes in to account these changes, relating to new future limits for the 17 listed heavy metals.

As part of our due diligence and business focus to remain compliant and always ahead of the competition, we have put several of our core products to the test and can now confirm that we will still be compliant come July, with no changes to our winning formulas. The product you purchase will be just as good as ever before.

Once again we would like to thank you all for continuing to support Farrel & Gold and Colour Crazy!
